Start with the decision, not the country score
A market ranking compresses many different questions into one number. It cannot, by itself, tell you whether to appoint a distributor, establish a joint venture or invest directly. Begin by defining the actual options, the decision horizon and the constraints that matter to your organization.
Make the dependency chain visible
An entry plan may depend on partner access, approval timing, service capacity and customer willingness to switch. Record each dependency as an assumption. Attach supporting evidence, a responsible reviewer and a practical way to check it. An unverified claim should remain visible as a gap.
Compare paths under shared conditions
Use the same demand, regulatory and execution conditions when comparing entry options. Then change one important condition at a time. The useful output is a description of when each path becomes viable or vulnerable, with an explanation of why.
Leave with the next real-world check
Scenario work should narrow the next research task: verify a partner claim, interview a prospective buyer or obtain local regulatory advice. Keep an explicit decision checkpoint before an irreversible commitment. This article describes a planning method, not country-specific legal or investment advice.
